No Armageddon this week, despite the confirmation of Michael Chertoff as the new Secretary of Homeland Security. We'll keep watching.

Don't worry, fellow readers. I know I've been late posting this week's Armageddon Outlook, but I know what some of you were thinking. The world didn't end, so that was not the reason I didn't make a post. I just didn't get around to it last night.

State of the Dictatorship

Bush gave his State of the "Union" address this evening. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid were quick to remind us how to think. Thankfully, because of Reid and Pelosi, the world didn't end tonight, but I'm just not sure how long they can hold things together.

Taking a look out my window earlier, I noticed the world wasn't ending. The State of the Union address is tomorrow, so we'll be watching for Armageddon.
